Weddings are events, not subscriptions. You shouldn't pay monthly for something with a fixed end date. Pay once, plan your entire wedding, and keep access to your memories and tools afterwards. The monthly option (£9.99/mo for Plus) exists if you prefer flexibility, but the one-time payment is better value for most couples.

Your photos stay. On Essential, you keep 200 photos. On Plus, 5,000. On Luxe, unlimited for 3 years then £4.99/mo to maintain active storage. If you ever stop paying, your photos are frozen (thumbnails visible, originals locked) — never deleted. You can always download your full archive for free at any time.

Never. Commission is paid by the supplier only. We never charge both sides on the same transaction. What you see on a supplier's pricing is what you pay.

Higher subscription tier = lower commission rate. On Free you pay 8% on bookings made through Wedvisa. On Pro (£59/mo), that drops to 4%. For a £3,000 booking, that's £120 vs £240 — the subscription pays for itself in a single booking. Commission only applies to bookings where the couple found you through Wedvisa. Leads you bring yourself (external imports) are commission-free.

Verified means we've reviewed your PLI, relevant certifications, and category-specific documents. It's not required to list or receive bookings — it's a trust signal that helps couples feel confident. Couples can filter for "Verified only." Verification costs £49/year on Basic/Core and is included free on Pro/Signature. Documents must be current — if they lapse, your badge is automatically removed until you renew.

Yes, anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your profile downgrades to Basic (free) and you keep your reviews and basic listing. Your commission rate reverts to 8%.

Yes. The same four tiers apply to all supplier types — photographers, venues, caterers, florists, everyone. The commission model naturally adjusts: a venue booking at £15,000 pays more in commission than a makeup artist at £400, but the subscription cost is the same. This keeps things simple and fair while the commission ladder rewards higher-value suppliers proportionally.
